Overview

This position is full-time, 40 hours per week, on-site work with travel throughout BILH hospitals and office locations for Device Integration.
Responsibilities
Lead integration of clinical devices with EHR systems, focusing on the Masimo interface.
Support, troubleshoot, and maintain integrated clinical devices.
Collaborate with internal teams—interfaces, EHR application teams, Clinical Engineering, Infrastructure teams—and external vendors and partners.
Lead integration projects, adhering to the IT System Lifecycle methodology, producing functional and technical specifications, conducting meetings, completing system upgrades, and coordinating volume testing.
Handle tasks independently, providing oversight to other team members.
Work on special projects and other duties as assigned.
Deliver high-quality support during the implementation of new devices.
Provide clinical device guidance to other team members.
Participate in on‑call rotating coverage.
Maintain and write documentation and procedures for managing integrated clinical devices with the EHR.
Provide updates on status and progress of support tasks and projects.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required.
5-8 years related work experience in an Information Services department or software vendor organization in the healthcare industry.
Advanced technical computer skills for technical support specific to the functional area.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Achieve and maintain certifications.
Participate in and successfully complete BILH Mandatory Education.
