What will you be doing? The Nurse Manager supports the management, review, and development of a comprehensive care program for all residents, including traditional assisted living residents and those in our specialized Alzheimer’s and Dementia care neighborhood. The Nurse Manager works directly with the Resident Care Director to provide training and support of our team of caregivers (CNAs and HHAs), and serves as a liaison with family members, community agencies, physicians, and care providers. The position is a great role for someone looking to hone leadership skills.

Valid Massachusetts LPN or RN license or otherwise meets Assisted Living regulations or equivalent.

Means of transportation to complete assessments for new and returning residents (MUST).
