POSITION DESCRIPTION This position will perform consent and final order monitoring and compliance activities for health professional and occupational licensees which require analysis and decisions concerning the status of disciplinary actions and the initiation of follow up to enforce agency orders. This position is responsible for reviewing reports and findings, drafting administrative documents, and recommending disciplinary sanctions involving health professionals and occupational licensees pursuant to the Public Health Code and Occupational Code. The position must perform in accordance with various procedural, policy and legal standards for 43 different regulated occupations and professions; coordinate work with others, including other Bureau sections, the Department of Treasury, the Department of Attorney General and other areas.

Education Requirements

Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.

Experience Requirements

No specific type or amount is required.

One year of professional experience.

Two years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the intermediate (10) level in state service.

Departmental Analyst (Trainee) 9 Path

Four years of experience as an advanced 9-level worker in an ECP Group One classification.

Three years of experience as an E9, E10, or E11-level worker in an ECP Group One classification.

Two years of experience as an experienced level worker in an ECP Group One technician or paraprofessional classification.

Two years of experience as a first-line supervisor in an ECP Group Three classification.

One year of experience as a second-line supervisor in an ECP Group Three classification.

Paraprofessional classifications are those requiring an associate's degree or two years of college.

Educational Substitution College credits may be substituted on a proportional basis (one year of college education may substitute for one quarter of the required experience) for up to one half of the required experience.
