Support multiple application development teams to drive our services and applications at scale. Act as a part of a highly engaged, high-performing team of reliability engineers who support quality assurance (QA), user acceptance testing (UAT), and handing off to production support. Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle (SDLC) from designing build pipelines, to supporting our Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud environment. Leverage a deep understanding of the inner workings of our applications to identify monitoring needs and to create suitable runbooks. Work closely with business partners, development teams, infrastructure teams, and colleagues across the organization. Continuously improve products, processes, and user experiences, leveraging a passion for innovative information technology (IT) solutions and to support platform engineers as the company adopts a modern vision of DevOps culture. Lead technical teams by leveraging tooling and automation to achieve maximum process reliability. Maintain a continuous focus on collaboration and coordination efforts with related departments and stakeholders. Qualifications

Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field and 36 months of experience in a related occupation. Experience must include 36 months involving the following: AWS or GCP; Terraform; Kubernetes or Docker; CICD including Jenkins or Bamboo; Scripting including Shell or Python; MS SQL; and Ansible.
