HR Manager – Bradley, FL Job Description The Human Resources Manager partners with people leaders and employees to foster a culture that supports diversity, innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement. This role provides consultative and business-focused services to align the people strategy with the business strategy, addressing talent management, compensation, benefits, coaching, employee engagement, and labor relations.

Responsibilities

Serve as HR leader for assigned business unit, location, or function

Partner with leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support business goals

Advise on business issues and help set HR priorities

Deliver proactive, innovative, and customer-focused HR solutions

Collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliance and deliver solutions

Support hiring and workforce planning with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers

Lead onboarding and employee deployment processes

Forecast talent needs and identify skill gaps to support strategic goals

Oversee all HR services for assigned area, including performance management, compensation, and benefits

Lead HR projects and ensure effective communication across teams

Manage labor relations and advise on contract interpretation

Promote an inclusive, engaging work environment aligned with company values

Build trust with employees and leaders while driving positive change

Coach and develop team members, providing clear direction and feedback

Support career growth and continuous learning

Essential Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

5-8 years of HR or related experience.

Experience with unions.

Change management experience.

Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

Familiarity with modern HRIS systems, such as Workday and SAP.

Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $150,000 – $165,000 / yr. Location This is a Permanent position based out of Bradley, FL and is a fully onsite role.
