Job Title: Human Resources Manager Job Description The HR Manager will lead and oversee all facets of HR operations, including employee relations, compliance, payroll, benefits administration, and policy development. This role will manage HR staff, partner with leadership, and ensure alignment between HR strategy and business objectives. This is a hands‑on position that requires experience in the technology industry and proficiency in ADP Workforce Now. The HR Manager reports directly to the Vice President of Global HR.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop HR team members to deliver high-quality HR services.
Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance.
Partner with department leaders to provide HR guidance and strategic support.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Manage HR systems and processes, with expertise in ADP Workforce Now for payroll, time tracking, and HRIS functions.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support company goals.
Support organizational change initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Provide coaching to managers and employees on performance, conflict resolution, and career development.
Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives, including training and development programs.
Prepare HR metrics and reports to support decision‑making.
Cross‑train on all other HR employee duties to ensure team support during absences.
Essential Skills
7+ years of HR experience, including at least two years in a supervisory role.
Experience in the technology industry.
Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now.
BA degree is required.
HR Certification (PHR or SHRM) is mandatory.
Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of HR, including recruitment, strategy, policy, benefits, performance management, and compensation.
Strategic HR mindset.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience managing at least one direct report.
Open to candidates with a business partner experience looking to move into management.
Flexibility and adaptability to change.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment The position is based in a dynamic and growing company that values honesty, loyalty, and investment in people. The work environment promotes growth and internal promotion. The HR Manager will report directly to the VP of Global HR and oversee two HR Generalists and an HR Coordinator. The role offers a hybrid work schedule with onsite work from Monday to Thursday and remote work on Fridays. The work hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $115,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year.
