Costa Mesa, California . This is an exciting opportunity to work on sophisticated financing transactions and public company matters within a highly regarded corporate practice. About the Role

The ideal candidate will have

a minimum of 3 years of experience

advising clients on

capital markets transactions

and

public company representation . The role involves

drafting and negotiating transaction documents ,

conducting due diligence , and advising on

securities law compliance

and

corporate governance . This position offers significant client-facing responsibility, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to complex U.S. and international offerings, making it ideal for an attorney seeking to expand their experience in a

fast-paced, deal-driven environment . Qualifications

3+ years of experience

in capital markets and public company representation

JD from an

ABA-accredited law school

Strong academic credentials

and analytical ability

Excellent

drafting, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously

Demonstrated

discretion and professionalism

in handling sensitive information
