3+ years of experience
in capital markets and public company representation
JD from an
ABA-accredited law school
Strong academic credentials
and analytical ability
Excellent
drafting, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
Demonstrated
discretion and professionalism
in handling sensitive information
