Corporate Associate
to join a
technology-focused AmLaw corporate practice
in
New York . This role provides the opportunity to work on
venture capital, emerging company, and M&A transactions , advising clients across the growth and startup ecosystem.
About the Role The ideal candidate will have
2–4 years of law firm experience , with a strong academic background and excellent
verbal, written, and interpersonal skills . Responsibilities include:
Advising clients on
corporate transactions and venture financings
Drafting and negotiating
transaction documents
Conducting legal research and preparing memoranda
Collaborating closely with partners and clients throughout deal execution
This position offers exposure to

Qualifications
2–4 years of corporate law experience , preferably in
venture capital or M&A
JD from an
ABA-accredited law school
Strong
academic credentials and analytical skills
Excellent
drafting, negotiation, and client counseling abilities
Ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently while maintaining
attention to detail
This position offers a
salary range of $235,000–$310,000 , discretionary merit bonuses, and a
comprehensive benefits package
