What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Support, train, and coach clients on best practices during the implementation of NEOGOV HRIS and Payroll products

Gather business requirements and build consensus around business processes while maintaining a best practice approach

Configure NEOGOV solutions and demonstrate configurations through prototype systems and testing

Identify and implement system and process improvement opportunities within the NEOGOV HRIS suite

Track support levels and customer satisfaction metrics, ensuring SLAs are achieved and identifying opportunities for improvement

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum 2+ years of experience supporting clients with payroll processes, taxes, and year-end procedures

Proficient understanding of payroll concepts and standard payroll processes

Previous consulting or implementation experience in a technical and/or HR space

Ability to perform well in a 100% remote/virtual workspace

Experience with business analysis and requirements gathering

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Certified Payroll Specialist (CPS) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred

General understanding of multi-state reciprocity

Working knowledge of the public sector is preferred but not required
