This role is critical for enabling communications from leadership (directly supporting 2 directors) and managing the information systems that keep the team running smoothly. Responsibilities include G Drive management and compliance, as well as collaborating with graphics and content teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Typical Day-to-Day in the role
Maintaining the rhythm and execution of communications
Polishing and refining content
Regularly auditing the G Drive
Full ownership of information systems, including implementation and continuous improvement
Ability to connect and build relationships with the team
Effectiveness of internal communications
Consistently delivering the rhythm of business communications
Feedback from both directors this CW will support
Responsiveness to team needs
Candidate Requirements
Must-Have Skills
Strong partnership with leadership; ability to serve as a right-hand person. Experience building and executing communications plans for a division or leadership team, and collaborating effectively.
Experience supporting large groups (50+ people)
Diverse communications experience, including ghostwriting and G Drive management. Flexibility and adaptability are essential.
Nice-to-have Skills
Experience in the tech industry, particularly supporting information systems.
Ability to work effectively in a diverse team and bring personal excitement and uniqueness to the role.
