Position Summary
As the
Tax & Treasury Manager , you will oversee tax compliance, strategy, and planning while managing the company's North American treasury functions. This role ensures regulatory compliance, optimizes tax positions, manages liquidity, and mitigates financial risks. Reporting to senior leadership, you will collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to align tax and treasury strategies with business goals. This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of 60% in‑office work and up to 10% travel. Key Responsibilities
Tax Management:
Oversee federal, state, and international tax filings, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities and support M&A activities. Manage tax credits, incentives, and indirect tax filings. Lead tax provisions (ASC 740) and transfer pricing initiatives with third party support. Coordinate tax audits, mitigate risks, and ensure strong internal controls. Treasury Management
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and optimize working capital. Maintain banking relationships and negotiate financial services. Oversee investment strategies for short- and long-term financial security. Track and report treasury operations, debt, and investments. Leadership & Compliance
Partner with senior leadership, FP&A, and global teams on financial strategies. Stay updated on tax and financial regulations, ensuring compliance. Lead and mentor a small team, providing tax and treasury expertise. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred. 5+ years of tax and treasury experience in public and private sectors. Strong knowledge of U.S. and international tax laws, compliance, and financial regulations. Experience in cash flow management, risk mitigation, and debt financing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tax/treasury management software; SAP and ONESOURCE a plus. Must be able to work in‑office up to 60% of the time. Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time. Compensation
$100-120k per year. Eligible for discretionary bonuses; participate in medical, dental, vision benefits and company 401(k) retirement plan.
