DESCRIPTION Servpro of Stamford (Norwalk, CT) seeks a proactive Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns, oversee the client database, and maintain a presence at local and regional associations and trade show events. The role contributes to business growth and revenue through superior service and ownership.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Sales Team Support
Create sales print & digital collateral and sales presentations.
Maintain an event calendar with budget, participants, location, and presence details.
Send weekly email with ticket availability to Sales Team and CEO.
Database management and technical support.
Marketing Support
Collaborate with leadership to establish marketing goals aligned with company strategy.
Develop and execute strategies to promote Servpro, MitRe, NEA, and affiliates.
Manage digital marketing channels (email, paid advertising, SEO) with vendors.
Plan, create, and publish content across all social media, blogs, websites, and email broadcasts.
Track venue ticket giveaways and send bi-weekly emails to Sales Team, COO, and CEO.
Prepare monthly and annual budgets for events and departmental spending.
Track and report ROI by customer, sales rep, and event.
Design content using Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools.
Ensure brand continuity and manage inbound marketing initiatives, analytics, and automation.
Maintain and evaluate all association memberships.
Online Response & Reputation Management
Manage online review generation, monitoring, and responses.
Maintain web stages and manage Google Ads.
Route Administration & Validation Support
Daily route preparation and ERP database management.
Route material preparation and marketing supplies and giveaways.
Event Coordination
Research marketing opportunities (sponsorship, community outreach).
Coordinate marketing events (trade shows, golf tournaments, other events).
Organize community, association, networking, and education events.
Other Tasks
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Utilize AI tools to enhance marketing automation, content creation, engagement, data analysis, and efficiency.
Requirements, Desired Knowledge, and Skills
5+ years of marketing experience or related marketing & sales support.
5+ years of superb customer service and communication skills.
5+ years of SEM/SEO campaign experience.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Respond quickly and effectively to rapidly changing conditions.
Provide brand and marketing coordination, including advertisement placement and tracking.
Maintain sales and marketing materials and supplies.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field preferred.

8‑hour day / 40+ hours per week (Mon‑Fri); flexible for overtime when required.
Overtime Requirement

Serve as an on‑call dispatcher one week per month or one week in six weeks, calendared in advance.
Working Conditions
Environment: Office; not eligible for hybrid or remote.
Commute
Norwalk, CT 06851 – Reliable commute or relocation required.
Physical Demands
Standard office equipment; light work moving objects up to 20 pounds.
