Your role
Partners with line management to model, shape and assess an organizational culture that supports the achievement of business objectives.
Participate in the planning and implementation of individual, team and organizational developmental efforts necessary to achieve the business goals.
Responsible for the implementation of staffing, employee relations, and the performance management and review processes within assigned customer groups.
Ensures flawless execution of established human resources policies throughout the assigned customer groups.
Acts as an employee advocate and protect the interests of employees in accordance with the Company's human resources policies and appropriate governmental laws and regulations.
Responsible for being an active, productive and collaborative member of the Symrise HR team.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR or a related field and 2-4 years of HR Generalist experience.
Ability to plan and implement programs and processes.
Experience working in an environment characterized by the Symrise core success behaviors, which include integrity, customer focus, teamwork, results orientation, innovation & change and business passion.
Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to make recommendations regarding potential solutions.
Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
Ability to proactively see trends/issues before line brings them to HR's attention.
Ability to challenge line managers' thinking.
Ability to collect and analyze data on which to base opinions and develop solutions.
Ability to influence others.
Facilitation skills.
Change management skills.
Conflict resolution skills.
Project management skills.
Possess a foundational understanding of payroll, HRIS systems, recruiting, and shift-based employees.

Your role
