Responsibilities

Provide guidance and assistance for effective customer deployment and customization of the Xpanse platform throughout the customer lifecycle

Create and execute technical implementation plans, including onboarding, training, and security analysis

Stay informed about Xpanse features and coach customers on integrating the tool into their workflows

Conduct training sessions to familiarize customers with Xpanse functionalities and best practices

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers maximize the value of products

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in customer success, account management, solutions architecture, consulting, or relationship management

Understanding of attack surface management and related concepts such as IP, DNS, and network protocols

Experience with Python, REST APIs, and/or networking

Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with SOC technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, and/or EDR

Current or former Department of Defense or other U.S. Government security clearance
