Talent Acquisition Manager – Corporate Recruiting | DHL eCommerce

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our corporate recruiting function and shape the future of our team.
What You’ll Do
Lead the strategy and execution of recruiting for managerial, professional, and technical roles across corporate functions like Finance, HR, IT, Product Management, and Network Operations.
Coach, develop, and inspire a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
Act as a strategic partner to business leaders advising on market insights, sourcing approaches, and role design.
Build and nurture talent pipelines through creative sourcing strategies and proactive engagement with top talent.
Use data and insights to continuously improve recruiting processes, optimize systems, and track performance against KPIs.
Lead initiatives that drive efficiency, consistency, and innovation across the talent acquisition function.
Manage relationships with staffing vendors and recruiting partners, ensuring service excellence and compliance.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition, with 2+ years in a leadership or people management role.
Strong understanding of ATS and sourcing tools (experience with Taleo or Avature is a plus).
Proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization.
Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive recruiting decisions.
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
A passion for building teams, developing talent, and driving continuous improvement.
