$35.00/hr - $45.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Hunter Recruiting Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking an experienced Contract Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across corporate and technology functions. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success recruiting in the banking or financial services industry and possess hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting. Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned business units, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination. Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define role requirements and create effective sourcing strategies. Utilize Workday and other talent systems to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, and compliance documentation. Proactively source and engage diverse talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other innovative methods. Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process. Ensure compliance with OFCCP and EEO regulations, maintaining accurate candidate disposition and audit-ready documentation. Track and report recruiting metrics and trends to support data-driven decision making. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance recruiting efficiency and talent quality. Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in banking, financial services, or technology environments. Proven success recruiting for commercial credit, IT, operations, or professional roles within large, matrixed organizations. Experience using Workday Recruiting or a comparable ATS (ICIMS, Taleo, Bullhorn, etc.). Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and best practices in corporate recruiting. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred. Preferred Experience
Previous experience supporting large-scale recruitment projects for banks or Fortune 500 organizations. Familiarity with contingent workforce programs or RPO environments. Job details
