Strategic Business Analyst to Regional Vice President Location: Fremont Reports To: Regional Vice President Strategic Business Analysis & Data-Driven Insights

Lead complex data analysis initiatives to uncover actionable insights that drive business decisions and growth, utilizing tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI for advanced data visualization.

Conduct deep-dive analysis across internal and external data sources to identify growth opportunities and risks, and deliver data-driven recommendations that support strategic planning and sharpen market positioning.

Develop and present high-impact dashboards, reports, and executive presentations for key engagements including corporate strategic planning, annual business plan, and regional operating meetings.

Partner with executives and finance teams on scenario planning and simulation modeling to evaluate business risks, including tariff impacts and inventory optimization scenarios.

Serve as a business-IT liaison to ensure scalable, cross-functional implementation of solutions that align with evolving organizational needs.

2. Business Process Optimization, Enablement & Stakeholder Engagement

Lead and manage cross-functional initiatives by aligning business teams, IT, and regional functions to redesign processes, implement scalable solutions, and ensure timely delivery of strategic outcomes.

Champion change enablement by guiding system/process adoption, collecting user feedback, and coordinating with IT and leadership to ensure smooth transitions and business readiness.

Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements while mentoring analysts and stakeholders to strengthen data literacy and promote impactful, insight-driven decisions.

3. Project Leadership & Execution

Apply structured project management practices to prioritize tasks, coordinate cross-functional resources, monitor progress, and adapt plans—ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic objectives.

Serve as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders by providing clear, data-informed perspectives that guide high-impact decisions.

Requirements:

5 plus years in an Executive support role.

BS Degree is required.

Proficiency in MS tools, strong Excel is required.

Strong communication are required and role requires ability to read and write in Mandarin for overseas support.
