L3Harris is seeking a high-energy Senior Program Manager to lead the growth and execution of a portfolio of programs within the Command Control & Communications (C3) business. The Sr. PM will manage end-to-end lifecycle activities for programs within an Advanced Navigation & Maritime Communications Control portfolio, working with the largest Shipyard in the domestic US to shape next-generation solutions, build a portfolio of new business, and own profitability in execution. Programs include Steering Gear and Navigation Display Controls solutions deployed to critical US Navy platforms (Aircraft Carriers, Amphibious Landing Crafts, Surface Combatants). Collaboration with Navigation, Hull Machinery & Electrical, and Communications systems is essential for mission success.

Responsibilities

Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion and drive execution to achieve orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new or continuing programs. Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for programs within a challenging Advanced Navigation maritime portfolio. Support contract negotiations, change modifications, and coordination of proposals, SOWs, and financial terms/conditions. Act as programmatic escalation lead to customers, lead program review sessions on cost, schedule, and technical performance. Establish design concepts and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration, and test; expand the product line with customers. Set milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules; identify problems and allocate resources or adjust specifications as needed. Chair EVMS monitoring and ensure adherence to performance reporting within the portfolio. Direct the work of employees across technical, manufacturing, and administrative areas. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of related experience; Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years. Experience with government contracting/manufacturing environment; proven track record managing large, complex programs. Strong understanding of Government contracting requirements and contract types; familiarity with DoD/MIL standards and military equipment qualification processes. Excellent computer skills: Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access), and Microsoft Project. Subject Matter Expert (SME) with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Cost Performance Reports (CPR) related to WBS, schedule, and cost plans. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to promote collaboration within the team. Travel required (Estimated 15%). US Citizenship required and ability to obtain/maintain US Government Secret security clearance. Preferred Additional Skills

Active US Government Secret clearance. PMI Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification or current pursuit. Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $200,000 - $245,000. Final offer depends on experience and location.
