ECS is seeking talented professionals to join our successful and growing team supporting the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative (JCDC). The JCDC is CISA’s flagship initiative for uniting government, industry, and international partners to proactively defend against cyber threats. Our ECS team is at the center of providing support to JCDC as they continue to plan, share, and respond to cyber threats in real time to support the greater cyber community and we are looking to grow our team supporting this critical mission. We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to serve as the Enterprise Analytics Lead. This role will spearhead the development and deployment of critical digital infrastructure to enhance cyber defense and collaboration capabilities. The ideal candidate is a technical expert with a strong background in workflow automation, real-time communication platforms, and data-driven performance management. Responsibilities

Lead a multi-functional team of technical experts, including ServiceNow architects, Slack developers, and stakeholder engagement specialists. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement digital operations and collaboration strategies. Develop and manage the ServiceNow platform to automate the lifecycle of Field Operating Instructions (FOIs). Build workflows for regional engagement tracking and scaling cyber hygiene outreach. Direct the implementation and integration of Slack to establish secure, real-time communication channels for 24/7 operational coordination with partners. Manage the deployment of Qualtrics to collect and analyze feedback from post-engagement surveys, customer experience (CX) analytics, and after-action reviews to continuously improve services. Establish and maintain performance metrics and dashboards across all tools (ServiceNow, Slack, Qualtrics) to measure operational efficiency, track performance improvements, and ensure alignment with JCDC's mission priorities. Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure all digital operations are secure, compliant, and effectively integrated across multiple platforms. Required Skills

US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain DHS (Suitability) EOD/Public Trust Proven experience leading technical teams in a fast-paced, operational environment. Expertise in ServiceNow platform administration and workflow development. Extensive experience with Slack integrations, including API development and custom application building. Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey and analytics platforms for data collection and reporting. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and experience collaborating with security teams to ensure compliance. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building and maintaining effective partnerships. Desired Skills

Experience working in a government or defense contracting environment. Certifications in relevant platforms such as ServiceNow (e.g., Certified System Administrator) or Slack (e.g., Certified Developer). Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) best practices. Familiarity with agile development methodologies. DHS Entry on Duty (EOD) clearance.
