What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with internal leaders and external partners to define and execute strategic priorities for program launches. Provide strategic leadership across a diverse set of stakeholders to ensure alignment on program scope and success metrics. Shape and guide new program launch initiatives, integrating operational requirements into workstreams. Identify and prioritize continuous process improvement opportunities through rigorous analysis. Apply program management best practices to translate strategic goals into actionable work plans.

What is Required (Qualifications) 10+ years of experience in program management and healthcare operations, with an MBA/Master's degree in a related field. Experience in 3P vendor management and cross-functional management. Extensive Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) experience in a healthcare setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to navigate ambiguity and utilize analytical and problem-solving techniques effectively.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
PMP or CSM certification
Lean or CPI training or certificate
Experience with GLP-1 market
Familiarity with building or interpreting Tableau reports and dashboards
