Job Responsibilities

Develop program/project charters that outline specifications and objectives from initiation to delivery for complex projects Actively monitor program/project progress and provide guidance on maintaining program-level milestones and project plans Serve as a central point of contact to keep stakeholders informed of program status and facilitate communication Conduct risk assessments of strategic, technical, financial, or business factors affecting the program Mentor and assist team members in project execution, sharing best practices, and providing feedback Qualifications

7+ years of proven experience in delivering complex, cross-functional programs/projects on time and within budget 7+ years of working knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall Experience in cards/payment domains Strong communication skills with the ability to present to various audiences, including executives Proven ability to create strategic roadmaps to articulate program delivery vision Preferred Qualifications
