Role and Responsibilities: The Senior Manager of SCM Operations reports to the Director SCM Operations. Responsibilities include weekly forecasting and reporting to support SCM deliverables, interacting with customers, and preparing product and SKU level analyses for sellout, sell-in, and weeks-of-supply (WOS) management. The role collaborates with Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Product Management, Sales, SEA SCM team, and HQ RPM team. The position can be based in Plano, TX or Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities include: Support collaborative supply chain planning by managing and improving system-based tools. Interface with key customer contacts during weekly planning meetings and as needed. Analyze carrier sales, inventory, and competitive data to identify trends and make recommendations integrated into business plans. Maintain a database that provides real-time information on sales and competitive activity. Support financial planning processes related to the sales team, including analysis, reporting, data entry (monthly forecast cycle), and volume/revenue simulations of promotional costs and business impact. Support other management activities as required to meet deadlines. Skills and Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with 7-10 years’ experience, preferably in finance, business, or supply chain management. Experience in telecommunications and/or wireless industries with management of finance, logistics, distribution, program management, and/or business planning, or equivalent work experience in planning, finance, or operations. Strong ability to develop presentations using Excel and PowerPoint. Necessary Skills/Attributes: Develop and maintain excellent working relationships at all levels within and outside the company. Experience with advanced supply chain management, enterprise planning or financial planning systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.). Proven success in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint knowledge; strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to work independently or in a team to achieve personal and project goals within established timeframes. Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions: The position requires office-based work with substantial computer use and visual focus. Travel may be required 10%–20%. Some overtime may be necessary to meet deadlines. Work environment is office-based; regular use of computer and keyboard; tasks require high visual acuity and fine motor skills. Frequent deadlines and project management responsibilities; some travel and possible language barriers. Travel up to 20% may be required.
