Overview Worldpay, LLC seeks a Quality Assurance Manager in Cincinnati, OH to establish and implement quality assurance and compliance processes for our payment processing platforms.
What You Will Be Doing
Lead a team of QA Engineers across multiple time zones and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate quality into every stage of the software development cycle.
Develop and implement test strategies, lead functional, integration, automation, and user acceptance testing in a rapid Agile environment.
Work closely with IT leaders to develop and implement an overall quality maturity roadmap and plan for each functional area.
Establish internal QA standards, policies and procedures and maintain testing infrastructure including environments, data and tools.
Monitor, evaluate, manage and execute audit processes to ensure regulatory and PCI compliance.
Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement, including defect performance issues, dependencies and usability issues.
Coordinate and facilitate quality assurance activities across projects with product managers and scrum masters.
Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to IT teams on quality assurance methodologies and processes to educate teams on responsibilities and hold them accountable for on‑time and quality deliverables.
Interact with product managers and users to define system requirements and necessary modifications.
Participate in software design review meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.
May be responsible for developing or executing project plans, roadmaps, budgets and schedules.
May deliver informational and decision‑seeking presentations to technical and business leaders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Implementing API and gateway automation for payment processing applications and gateways.
Working with API testing tools, including Postman, SOAPUI, or RestAssured.
Utilizing SQL databases and automation frameworks for design and development.
Working with physical point of sale devices to complete upgrades and maintenance.
Working with SLDC and Agile Methodologies.
Utilizing test strategies and tools; performing diagnostics for both internal and external issues.
Utilizing security protocols and best practices to ensure clean and reliable deliverable.
Additional Experience Five (5) years of experience must include working in the payment industry and utilizing payment processing systems including credit card processing.
Three (3) years of experience must include regulatory compliance knowledge and financial services regulations including PCI‑DSS, ISO 8583 and card brand compliance.
Preferred Education Master’s degree in the above fields and eight (8) years of experience in the above skills. EMV certification L2 and L3 required.
