IT Product Manager, Workday (HCM) at Salesforce. Digital Enterprise Technology (DET) is seeking an experienced Workday Product Manager to build scalable and innovative HR solutions. This role supports the Global Employee Success (HR) team at Salesforce and collaborates in a dynamic, high-growth environment with a focus on Workday HCM, Position Management, Security, and touchpoints with Workday Financials, Total Rewards and Recruiting. Key Responsibilities

Develop and drive the delivery of the current and future state product roadmap, incorporating projects, features, and other key initiatives that meet business needs over the long and short term; act as primary contact to business partners. Review vision with business partners to align on objectives around prioritization, time to market, effort, and scope. Responsible for delivery to plan and basic problem resolution; manage tradeoffs between scope and schedule. Communicate all aspects of the project with customers and delivery teams; translate business needs into functional and technical requirements. Identify business themes and industry trends; influence product vision and drive feature assessment and uptake. Own planning of work into sprints, backlog management, defining user stories and acceptance criteria that reflect business vision. Promote solutions that are scalable, accurate, and increasingly productive for users; ensure compliance with business processes and IT standards. Experience/Skills Required

5+ years of configuration and/or implementation experience with Workday modules; HCM and Security preferred. Experience with process improvement or transformation; ability to make decisions on technology strategies. Business analysis skills including requirements gathering and guiding customers from idea to delivery. Excellent verbal and written communication; strong listening skills. Ability to present complex ideas clearly to non-technical audiences; proven collaboration with virtual/global cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders. Knowledge of project management concepts and techniques. Experience/Skills Desired

Experience with Agile/SCRUM techniques. Workday HCM Certification; Workday Security knowledge. Knowledge of Enterprise applications/modules: HCM; Workday cross-functional touchpoints between HCM and Financials. Experience with enterprise data hubs/data warehouses (EDH/EDW)Touchpoints; knowledge of web and cloud applications. Creative problem-solving skills. Accommodations
