Alvarez & Marsal . This position is part of Alvarez & Marsal's Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice, focusing on serving upper middle market and large-cap private equity firms. The role involves assessing potential transactions and improving operating results at portfolio companies, primarily in the education sector, including K-12, higher education, and training businesses. Responsibilities include: Leading workstreams or focus areas within the Integration Management Office, such as synergies, TSAs, Day 1 Readiness, and organizational design. Driving performance improvements across enterprise functions like strategic planning, operations, supply chain, IT integration, and customer management. Managing client relationships, developing recommendations, and overseeing the implementation of integration strategies. Qualifications: 5-8+ years of professional experience in corporate or consulting roles related to merger integration, business transformation, or change management. Operational experience in the for-profit education sector and understanding of key value drivers. Deep functional expertise in areas such as finance, HR, supply chain, or marketing. Excellent communication, initiative, and critical thinking skills. Willingness to travel up to 80%. Benefits and Compensation:
Salary range of $125,000 - $190,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus, comprehensive benefits including healthcare, 401(k), paid time off, and more. Our Culture:
