About the Role:

The Service Agreement Manager role is designed for an experienced professional who thrives in a leadership position overseeing service contract execution and profitability. This position carries full responsibility for managing service agreements, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The role requires strong financial acumen, proven leadership, and the ability to balance operational excellence with customer-focused results. On-site presence is required, with regular travel to customer facilities for audits, reviews, and support. Key Responsibilities

Lead the Service Agreement business, achieving or exceeding department revenue, contract renewal, and profitability targets. Direct and coordinate service supervisors and technicians to ensure timely and high-quality execution of service agreements. Oversee proposal reviews, ensuring accuracy of information, pricing, and terms. Maintain customer loyalty by delivering high-value service, tracking performance metrics, and supporting long-term relationships. Provide customer site support, audits, and service reviews to uphold high standards of productivity and efficiency. Manage administrative tasks including forecasts, scheduling, and reporting. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field. 5–7 years of experience in the food processing or packaging industry, ideally with customer-facing or project management responsibilities. Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience preferred. Proven leadership, supervisory, and coaching skills with the ability to hold teams accountable in a constructive way. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and cloud-based service management tools. Willingness to travel 25% and work in poultry processing facilities while adhering to PPE and safety requirements. Seniorities & Employment
