Your role in our mission

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment on product vision, priorities, and delivery timelines.

Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well‑defined, estimated, and ready for development.

Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to define product features and support roadmap planning and strategic initiatives.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers that could impact delivery, while proactively seeking opportunities for process improvement.

Partner with QA leads to support test planning and validation of product functionality.

Assist in issue resolution and provide guidance during UAT and production support phases.

Facilitate communication and alignment across cross‑functional teams.

What We're Looking For

Healthcare Product Expertise: 10+ years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in Medicaid, provider management, or claims adjustment, with deep knowledge of CMS guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Agile & Technical Proficiency: Skilled in writing Agile user stories, sprint planning in SAFe environments, and using tools like Azure DevOps for backlog grooming and documentation.

Business & Functional Analysis: Proven ability to gather, validate, and translate complex business needs into technical requirements, with strong Microsoft Excel and/or preferred SQL skills.

Testing & Quality Support: Experience supporting QA teams with test planning and execution and performing root cause analysis to ensure quality outcomes.

Compliance & Cloud Familiarity: Understanding of HIPAA, 508 standards, and familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and modern DevOps practices.

What You Should Expect In This Role

Fully remote opportunity with the option to work anywhere within the United States.

Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%).

Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, and job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
