Lead a cross-functional team to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into strategic initiatives Oversee the creation and maintenance of training materials for product adoption Monitor product usage, assess user data, and identify opportunities for improvement Support agile transformation and coach business partners on effective engagement What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Information Technology, or related discipline Minimum of 10 years of related experience in the insurance or financial services industry At least 3 years of agile leadership experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager Demonstrated knowledge of product development and agile methodologies, preferably Scrum and/or SAFe Strong dynamic communication and relationship-building skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
