Lead and support a high-performing department team Deliver excellent customer service with expert wine recommendations Organize and host wine tastings and promotional events Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising for your department Maintain department cleanliness, standards, and presentation Monitor performance metrics and support store-wide goals Stay informed on wine trends, preferred labels, and exclusive brands Ensure compliance with liquor and safety regulations What You Bring / Qualifications

2+ years of retail or liquor industry experience Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred) Passion for wine – WSET Level 2 or higher (preferred) Excellent customer service and communication skills ProServe certification (or ability to obtain it in Alberta) Comfortable lifting 50 lbs, standing long hours, and working flexible shifts Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation Why Join Us
