Licensed HVAC Technician
to join our growing team! We specialize in residential energy-efficient upgrades including HVAC, solar, windows, siding, and roofing across MA and RI With a reputation built on trust and fast, quality installs, we’re looking for a technician who takes pride in their work and values a career in a company that treats you like family.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (ducted & ductless mini-splits, gas furnaces, AC units, etc.) Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems Ensure compliance with all local and state building codes and safety laws Perform routine maintenance with a focus on energy efficiency Collaborate with project managers and other trades for seamless installs Maintain a clean, professional work environment and provide great customer service
Requirements:
Valid HVAC License in MA and/or RI EPA Universal Certification 3+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
