Production Supervisor Join the Eaton team as a Production Supervisor at the Houston, TX manufacturing site. This 1st Shift role starts at 6AM and does not include relocation.

As a Production Supervisor, you will manage all aspects of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, and Employee Engagement. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, maintain facility and equipment, and collaborate with HR, EHS, supply chain, manufacturing engineering, quality, and OpEx to ensure operational success.

Salary: $83,250 – $122,100 per year.

Responsibilities

Drive safety – foster a safe work environment and reinforce safe work practices.

Implement Eaton Lean System – master continuous improvement tools and apply them in daily standard work.

Lead department – direct operations, manage key performance measures, maintain equipment, engage employees, and maintain policies.

Deliver results – measure performance, partner with supply chain to address raw material shortages, and drive recovery activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.

Active‑Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

No relocation is offered; candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Houston, TX.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or Business.

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or operations.

Experience with SAP business system.

Experience in electrical product manufacturing, assembly, machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding, or powder coat.

Experience in a complex job‑shop environment.

Physical Requirements

Lifting up to 50 lbs and carrying items.

Pushing and pulling heavy products.

Extended standing and walking periods.
