What You’ll Do
Drive growth by identifying new markets and positioning automation solutions with prospective customers Build trusted relationships across all levels, from day-to-day operations to executive decision-makers Lead as the primary point of contact for accounts, aligning customer roadmaps with tailored solutions Deliver results by meeting revenue goals and providing reliable forecasts Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of automation projects What You Bring
Background in Electrical Engineering or related technical field Hands-on experience with automation/controls (PLC, VFD, SCADA, etc.) Strong understanding of control system design and coding practices Proven ability to present solutions and manage multiple customer projects Commercial acumen with prior success in sales or customer-facing applications engineering Track record of solving complex automation challenges and achieving results Compensation & Benefits
Base salary $121K–$203K, plus bonus (35–45%) 401(k) with 50% company match up to 10% Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Disability, FSA, EAP, and professional development programs Relocation assistance and possible visa sponsorship Travel about 20% across the U.S. and Canada Seniority level
