Overview
A growing commercial contractor in Greenville, SC is urgently hiring a Project Manager II to lead multiple $10M-$20M ground-up projects across diverse sectors. This on-site role offers strong compensation, full healthcare coverage, and direct exposure to senior leadership in a collaborative, community-focused environment. Responsibilities
Manage all phases of assigned construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Lead project teams including junior PMs, superintendents, and subcontractors. Collaborate directly with company partners and clients to ensure project success. Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and quality control. Maintain a safe and productive work environment. Participate in strategic planning and team development initiatives. Qualifications
5-10 years as a Project Manager in commercial construction. Diverse portfolio across sectors (education, healthcare, retail, municipal). Education sector experience is a plus. Proven ability to lead multiple large-scale projects. Long-term career commitment. Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $106K-$135K, based on experience. Healthcare: 100% employer-paid medical coverage. PTO: 7 paid holidays, 4-5 weeks prorated PTO based on tenure. Bonuses: Annual discretionary bonus + Christmas bonus (typically one week's salary). Allowances: $350/month car allowance, cell phone stipend or company phone. Retirement: 401K with 3.5% match after one year.
