About the Role This well‑established, rapidly growing commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client communication are handled with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all phases of commercial construction projects $10M+
Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
Collaborate closely with superintendents and field teams to maintain quality standards
Drive safety, documentation, and communication across all project phases
Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and accountability
Qualifications
Minimum 15+ years of total construction experience
Strong commercial general contractor background with experience managing projects exceeding $10M
Proven leadership, problem‑solving, and client relationship management skills
Ability to oversee multiple projects and teams in a fast‑paced environment
Proficient with scheduling, budgeting, and project management software
