About the Role
This Project Manager will take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring all aspects of schedule, budget, quality, and client communication are handled with excellence. Lead all phases of commercial construction projects $10M+ Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships Collaborate closely with superintendents and field teams to maintain quality standards Drive safety, documentation, and communication across all project phases Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and accountability Qualifications
Minimum 15+ years of total construction experience Strong commercial General Contractor background with experience managing projects exceeding $10M Proven leadership, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills Ability to oversee multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment Proficient with scheduling, budgeting, and project management software Why This Opportunity
