Pay range per hour $21.50 - $36.55. Pay is based on several factors that vary by position—including labor markets, education, work experience and certifications. Service and Engagement Team Leader Role
Guest service fundamentals
– experience building a guest-first team culture and driving loyalty programs.

Typical Day Responsibilities
Demonstrate inclusivity by valuing diverse voices, being authentic and respectful, and creating equitable experiences.
Lead a team of Guest Advocates, Service Advocates, and Front-of-Store Attendants who strive to exceed guest service expectations.
Execute best practices through team onboarding and learning; close skill gaps through development and coaching.
Understand sales goals, business reporting and guest insights to plan and execute daily/weekly workload.
Support Target Loyalty Programs to educate and promote suite of benefits.
Follow up on training completion and support continuous education opportunities.
Engage in meaningful development conversations throughout critical touch points.
Personalize recognition and appreciation to reinforce guest service behaviors.
Lead a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management.
De-escalate guest concerns and support team to resolve issues.
Keep team updated on major promotions, brand launches and events.
Evaluate candidates for open positions and develop a guest-centric team.
Work a schedule aligning to guest and business needs (early morning, evening, closing, overnight, holidays, weekends).
Support order pick-up and drive-up, including Starbucks, following beverage laws.
Demonstrate ethical conduct and compliance; hold team accountable.
Lead a safety culture, recognizing hazards, incident response and reporting injuries.
Model a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks.
Engage with guests when assistance is needed.
Thank guests, letting them know we’re happy they chose Target.
Execute physical security processes to enhance in-store security culture.
Support merchandise protection strategies across the store.
Apply safe and secure training and processes as key carrier.
Address all store emergency and compliance needs.

Capable of working in varying temperatures, humidity and environments.
Be mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
