Responsibilities
Lead a cross-functional team to define product vision, strategy, and requirements for success
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into strategic initiatives
Oversee the creation of training materials to assist in product adoption and enhance user experience
Act as a member of agile development teams, supporting the division’s agile transformation
Build relationships with business stakeholders to understand the value of technical solutions
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Minimum of 10 years of related experience in the insurance or financial services industry
At least 3 years of agile leadership experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
Demonstrated knowledge of product development and agile methodologies, preferably Scrum and/or SAFe
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or SAFe certifications
Experience leading large-scale system implementations or system conversions
Passion for product delivery and the ability to inspire senior leadership with a product vision
