Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a mid-career RF Engineer to join our team in Littleton, CO. We are looking for an experienced RF Engineer who holds Certified Principal Engineer (CPE) experience and has deep knowledge of antenna element design and active electronically‑steerable arrays (AESAs). The successful candidate will lead the full lifecycle of antenna-element hardware from concept, design, modeling/analysis, through system integration, test-plan development, and component qualification. Basic Qualifications

Familiarity with antenna design principles and experience with tools such as HFSS or similar. Knowledge of test procedures, test equipment, and measurement techniques for RF systems, including array pattern testing. Ability to author test plans (TPs) and/or test readiness reviews (TRRs) for RF systems and components. Ability to oversee and review the work of other element designers and analysts to ensure compliance with requirements and design standards. Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance; US citizenship required. Job Description & Responsibilities

Degree in Electrical Engineering or STEM-related degree/certification. Experience using antenna design tools such as SPARK3D, CST Microwave Studio, WIPL-D, FEKO, or similar tool packages. Experience designing and optimizing antenna elements for AESA applications. Experience with RF and/or antenna performance analysis using MATLAB or similar tools. Experience with Electronic Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) and/or Special Test Equipment (STE). Certification and training as Certified Principal Engineer (CPE), Responsible Systems Engineer (RSE), or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with customers, management, and peers. Other Important Information

Ability to work onsite at a Lockheed Martin facility (Littleton, CO). Onsite Full-time. Select the Telework classification for this position: Employee will work on-site full-time.
