Carvana . We’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to deliver happiness in the car-buying process and support Carvana’s growth as a leading used automotive retailer. Responsibilities

Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our custom car haulers (a commercial license is not required to drive the hauler and you will receive ample training). Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the hauler to ensure the vehicle is safe to drive. Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in the customer tracking system. Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy. Obtain a Notary in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment (process sponsored by Carvana), and satisfy any state-specific requirements. Satisfy state-specific requirements related to access DMV/title and registration systems. Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees must obtain a Chauffeur's license or other state specialty license within the first two weeks (process sponsored by Carvana). California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days (process sponsored by Carvana). General Qualifications

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks like detailing vehicles and loading/unloading onto haulers, with exposure to indoor/outdoor conditions and varying weather. Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours). Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Ability to reach, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity for frequent driving; reasonable accommodations may be made. compensation & Benefits

Compensation: Competitive, performance-based, with 401(k) matching; overtime during busy seasons is possible. Pay progression: Starting at $20/hr with potential to increase to $22/hr; first year progression through performance-based increases (up to $22/hr); annual merit opportunities.
