Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana. 2+ years of customer-facing experience preferred. Role involves delivering happiness to customers and supporting the car-buying process. Responsibilities
Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors with our custom car haulers (training provided; commercial license not required). Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the car-hauler to ensure vehicle safety. Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in the customer tracking system. Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy. Obtain a Notary in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days (process sponsored by Carvana); state-specific requirements may apply. Meet state-specific licensing requirements (e.g., Chauffeur’s license in IL, MI, LA, MO; Vehicle Verifier in CA within specified timelines). Perform general duties related to the role and adapt to changing duties as needed. General Qualifications and Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs); frequent walking/standing (8+ hours). English reading, writing, and speaking proficiency. Physical mobility including reaching, twisting, kneeling, crouching, climbing, balancing, and squatting. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity. Essential Functions
