Shift Requirement The hours for this position are from 7am - 5pm, 9am - 7pm or 11am - 9pm. We ask that team members be available to work 7 days a week. Days off will rotate between weekdays and weekend days.

We offer a competitive starting hourly rate of $22/hr with significant growth opportunities based on performance. You can boost your earnings within a short timeframe.

Pay Range: $22-$24 hourly

Starting Pay: $22/hr

At 3 Months: $22.50/hr

At 6 Months: $23/hr

In your first year, you can progress from $22/hr to $24/hr through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides four merit opportunities annually. Eligible team members can enjoy an additional $0.50 increase every 90 days. Market Operations may offer other location-specific incentive programs with potential for greater earnings.

About The Role We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to:

Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our custom car haulers (a commercial license is not required; training provided)

Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the hauler to ensure safe operation

Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in our customer tracking system

Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy

Obtain a Notary in your local jurisdiction within 90 days of employment (process sponsored by Carvana); review state-specific requirements as needed

Meet state-specific requirements related to DMV/title and registration systems

Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees must obtain a Chauffeur's license or other state specialty license within two weeks

California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within 90 days

General Qualifications and Requirements

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (detailing, loading/unloading, etc.) in various conditions

Ability to walk/stand for extended periods (8+ hours)

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English

Ability to reach, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity
