About this Role: Serves as a consultant independently performing the more responsible, varied and complex personnel work for one or more departmental divisions. Serves as a management consultant performing analytical human resources work involving performance management and classification analysis. Possesses a full understanding of appropriate personnel management methodologies available for managing employees within the three‑phased system of discipline as well as coaching and training supervisors on appropriate implementation of such methods throughout the discipline process.
Minimum Requirements:
Associate Personnel Analyst – must meet the minimum qualifications of both the Associate Governmental Program Analyst and Associate Personnel Analyst classifications.
Full understanding of performance management, classification analysis and personnel discipline methods.
Ability to coach and train supervisors on personnel discipline and performance management.
