Make outbound calls to prospective customers and upsell existing products and services Provide excellent customer service while resolving support issues Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions Document and process customer orders in appropriate systems Attend meetings and training to stay updated on program knowledge and procedures What is Required (Qualifications)

Must be 18 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute) Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
