Primary Duties
Complete documentation adhering to standards, including vital signs and data reporting.
Participate in developing and implementing treatment plans with the team.
Manage aggressive behaviors to ensure safety, recognizing early warning signs and intervening appropriately.
Provide individual, family, and group interventions, including support in the Emergency Department.
Serve as a liaison with referral sources and outside agencies, using coaching techniques to foster self-care, and report patient needs to the RN.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field.
1-2 years' experience with psychiatric populations.
BLS certification.
Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
This position offers a hiring range of $22.04 - $38.41.
