The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will be responsible for: Providing, directing, and supervising all aspects of quality patient care, including screening, evaluation, treatment, planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation. Ensuring patient care follows organizational guidelines, professional standards, and complies with Federal and State regulations. Serving as a patient and rehabilitation advocate, ensuring cross-disciplinary coordination for consistent care. Participating in quality assurance and customer service activities. Requirements: Master of Science in Speech/Language Pathology. Licensure or Certification as required by State guidelines. CPR Certification. 1 year Speech/Language Pathology experience preferred. Experience in residential/assisted living or skilled nursing facility preferred. Students in their CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) will be considered.
