The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for providing, directing, and supervising all aspects of quality patient care, including screening, evaluation, treatment, planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation to ensure the best patient outcomes. The SLP ensures that patient care complies with organizational guidelines, professional standards, and legal requirements. The SLP advocates for patients and coordinates with other disciplines to deliver consistent care. Participation in quality assurance and customer service activities is also required. Requirements
Master of Science in Speech/Language Pathology Licensure or Certification as required by State guidelines CPR Certification 1 year Speech/Language Pathology experience preferred Experience in residential/assisted living or skilled nursing preferred Students in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) will be considered Additional Details
