Behavioral Health Nurse Educator , you will be an integral part of our education team. You will design and conduct training programs to improve individual and organizational performance, partnering with the Director of Nursing, administrators and other clinical staff to determine instruction needs for new and tenured employees. You will be responsible for scheduling, developing and teaching training programs and competencies according to the Joint Commission and Medicare regulations, maintaining appropriate documentation of participation and competency completed. To be considered for this position , you must have critical thinking skills and be able to maintain professional working relationships with all associates. A master's degree in nursing is preferred; a bachelor's degree and licensure as a Registered Nurse by the North Dakota Board of Nursing with three (3) years of related staff development experience are required.
