Controls Engineer

plant-wide controls and electrical systems , from PLC programming and automation upgrades to troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives. Design, develop, test, and implement electrical and control systems Program, troubleshoot, and maintain Allen Bradley PLCs and HMIs Lead automation and process improvement projects to reduce downtime and optimize production Mentor and train maintenance technicians on controls and safety procedures Support preventive maintenance and reliability initiatives Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, NEC, and company safety standards What’s in It for You

Degree in Engineering or related field (BSEE, BSEET, or equivalent experience) 3+ years of hands-on electrical/controls experience Strong Allen Bradley PLC and hardware background Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and ladder logic Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Supervisory or project leadership experience a plus If you’re looking for a
