We are looking for an energetic and self‑driven Manager of New Business Development to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding new business opportunities on the West Coast, collaborating with District Leaders to drive revenue growth across Grantek. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to identify, target, and acquire new clients. Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and align our services with their goals. Collaborate with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling our services. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention through strategic proposal development. What You’ll Do

Implement effective lead generation tactics, including market research, networking, and outreach. Develop and foster a positive and fulfilling work environment. Engage, support, and participate in company decisions, direction, and strategy development. Collaborate with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling our services. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications

At least 5–7 years of experience in Sales or Account Management. Experience within the automation industry would be considered an asset. Post‑secondary education in Engineering preferred. Demonstrates leadership, decisiveness, flexibility, sound judgment, and highly developed analytical and critical skills. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, adept at establishing and nurturing client relationships. Flexible with travel, expected to range up to 50% across North America.
