Maintenance Technician I role at Thrive Communities. Primary responsibility is to assist the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Maintenance Team in maintaining the physical integrity of the community, ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff. Salary: $25 - $26 per hour Schedule: Full-time; Monday - Friday; 7am - 4pm Community & Benefits

Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and tools as directed by Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager Diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance and repairs within homes and throughout the property Inspect and help coordinate make-ready repairs and services Assist in keeping grounds neat and free of litter Perform additional duties as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager Contribute to a positive team environment and resident satisfaction Qualifications

Prior maintenance experience in property management is preferred but not required Proficiency in unit turns and appliance repair is a plus Excellent customer service skills Strong team player Willingness to learn and take initiative Weekend availability as schedule requires Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance Tools provided by the candidate Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, or sit as needed; 66% - 100% on feet Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, climbing stairs, pushing/pulling, reaching above shoulder Ability to lift/move/push/pull up to 150 lbs occasionally; frequently 25 - 75 lbs Equal Employment Opportunity
